#SocialSunday 2019, less than 2 weeks to go!
This year, over 100 establishments across the country will be supporting Social Sunday, including top chefs such as; Bryn Williams, Phil Howard and Tom Kitchin. Jason Atherton, our Principal Patron, and chefs at three of his Social Company restaurants, will each welcome a guest chef to create a bespoke, one-off lunch menu with all proceeds donated to out work. Indeed at Pollen Street Social, Jason will cook a six-course meal alongside his Head Chef, Dale Bainbridge; culinary heavyweight, Pierre Koffmann, and celebrated Chef Patron of Cornerstone, Tom Brown.
Kathy Dyball, Head of Marketing for Caterer.com says: “Social Sunday is a vibrant series of events which sees the industry come together to raise funds for Hospitality Action. By delivering the best of hospitality on 7th July, industry greats help support those in the sector whose lives have taken a serious setback. The support that Hospitality Action provides means those in need can face the tough times, repair and recover, move forward, get back to work, and live a good life, despite their challenges. Caterer.com are honoured to sponsor Social Sunday, to support Hospitality Action and the incredible people that work within the hospitality industry.”
